Job summary
Happy Money is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, deploy, and own consumer applications, infrastructure, and data-delivering products in support of our lending business. You will work in an autonomous environment, taking direction and turning it into concrete tasks for Happy Money customers.
You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to craft scalable, fault-tolerant systems, mentor frontend engineers, and drive projects forward with a customer mindset
Qualifications
- 5+ years building production React applications with deep expertise in React, hooks, and component architecture.
- Experience building frontend user interfaces and UI-based SDKs for other developers.
- Strong emphasis on testing and automation across the codebase.
- Ability to scope, scale, and prioritize tasks to meet milestones.
Responsibilities
- Develop and build products delivering exceptional customer experiences for our members.
- Own design, test, development and delivery of new and existing features.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, business owners, and other engineers to identify best solutions.
- Drive engineering efficiency through AI-driven coding agents and autonomous React apps at scale.
- Implement automated frontend testing for critical components and workflows.
