Overview
We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and play a key role in developing and maintaining customer CRM integrations. In this role, you will support customers' existing codebase, resolve bugs, and implement new features to ensure compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute as a member of an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers
- Apply performance, scalability, and reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles
- Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies
- Develop and maintain comprehensive unit and functional test coverage
- Produce clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6+ years of industry experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, BackboneJS)
- 3+ years of industry experience in backend development (Java)
- Deep knowledge and experience with frameworks such as Spring
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performing Microservices providing REST APIs
- Strong expertise in web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP,AWS, or Azure.
- Expertise in server-side technologies and databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience working on complex problems spanning multiple products and systems
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Knowledge of real-time communications (SIP, RTP, etc.)
