Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced React and .NET developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You will work with Azure cloud services, implement containerized deployments, and contribute to RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities include integrating front-end with back-end systems, optimizing SQL Server objects, and participating in CI/CD and DevOps practices within an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in React and .NET application development.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with Redux, React Hooks, React Router.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API development.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server database design, development, and optimization.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Experience with source control tools such as Git / Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET technologies
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js
• Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET Core and C#
• Integrate front-end applications with backend systems and third-party services
• Develop and optimize SQL Server database objects, queries, and stored procedures
• Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution
• Implement security, performance, and scalability improvements across applications
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions
• Support CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
