U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Risk/Compliance/Audit professional who partners with Line of Business and RCA teams to build and oversee an effective risk management framework.

This role participates in projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, identifies gaps, and escalates risks as appropriate. You will serve as a functional liaison between lines of business and the Lines of Defense, applying strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience

Responsabilidades

• Create, implement, maintain, review or oversee an effective risk management framework.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions that minimize losses resulting from inadequate internal processes, systems or human errors.
• Identify, respond and/or escalate risks as appropriate. Serves as a functional liaison between the Line of Business and the Lines of Defense.
