Job summary

Calvert Systems Engineering, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Program Management Liaison III to coordinate the RC-135 advanced capabilities between PMO, AESS, and HQ ACC. You will guide capability maturation, lead briefings, and ensure clear messaging across the RC-135 enterprise.

The role requires top secret/SCI eligibility with 750 RC-135 flight hours and strong DoD program management experience. Expect broad cross-agency collaboration and travel up to 10% in support of major defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership/advisory DoD experience.
• 10+ years in military, civil service, or defense contractor roles on EW/ISR or related ops.
• 3+ years in DoD SAP/SCI enclaves per DoDM 5205.07.
• Qualified former RC-135 mission crew member with 750+ flight hours.
• Familiar with DoD 5000 series and security accreditation policy.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate operationalization of RC-135 advanced capabilities.
• Coordinate indoctrination for HQ ACC and 55 WG personnel.
• Prepare briefs and eSSS, capability roadmaps, and TEM summaries.
• Translate requirements into contractual language and oversee evaluations.
• Assist with acquisition strategy, schedules, and financial plans.
• Provide technical and management oversight during integration and testing.
