Job summary

Calvert Systems is seeking a Senior Program Management Liaison III to serve as a bridge between the 645 AESG PMO, 645 AESS, and HQ ACC for RC-135 advanced capabilities. This role supports rapid acquisition, security policy, and interagency coordination to ensure timely transitions of aircraft and systems.

The incumbent will prepare executive-level briefs, roadmaps, and staff summaries, while guiding contract definitions and supplier performance across multiple organizations in a high-security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
• 15+ years in leadership/advisory DoD roles, preferably USAF.
• 10+ years in defense, EW/ISR platforms, or national-tactical intel requirements.
• 10+ years in Rapid Acquisition.
• Qualified former RC-135 mission crew member.
• 750+ RC-135 flight hours (variants RC-135V/W RIVET JOINT, RC-135U COMBAT SENT, RC-135S COBRA BALL).
• 3+ years in DoD SAP/SCI enclaves per DoDM 5205.07.
• Knowledge of system security accreditation policy and 16th AF evaluation support.
• DoD acquisition reform knowledge.
• Familiar with DoD 5000 series regulations.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, finance, logistics, and concept development.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and guide operationalization of RC-135 advanced capabilities.
• Facilitate program-level indoctrination for HQ ACC and 55 WG personnel.
• Author products to support ACC/A5I and ACC/A58Z in understanding advanced capabilities.
• Prepare Staff Summary Sheets, capability roadmaps, decision briefings, and TEM summaries for ACC leadership.
• Coordinate capability requirements between 645 AESG PMO, HQ ACC, users and contractors; translate into contract language.
• Perform technical evaluations of contractor proposals for 645 AESG.
• Coordinate evaluation results between 645 AESG and contractor; assist with corrective actions.
• Assist in developing acquisition strategy, project schedules, and financial plans.
