First Quality is seeking a Raw Material Procurement Manager for our Home Care Products facility in Trumbull, CT, offering a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on strategic sourcing of raw materials, supplier partnerships, and cost optimization to support production goals.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in procurement, strong negotiation and category management skills, ERP experience, and a proven track record of risk management and supply continuity in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

Bachelor2;s degree required in supply chain, business, finance, or related field.
7+ years in progressive procurement or sourcing roles; manufacturing/consumer goods preferred.
Strong analytical capability and risk management experience.
Experience negotiating strategic supplier contracts and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute raw material category strategies aligned with business goals.
Drive total delivered cost optimization across material, logistics, and related costs.
Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
Establish supplier performance scorecards and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure GMP, FDA, ISO, and internal standards compliance across suppliers.
Partner with planning, operations, and quality teams to ensure supply continuity.
