Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Range Integration Manager to join our team at Nellis AFB, NV. This role involves coordinating complex multi-domain test, training, and exercise events across various range complexes, including the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in military training operations, particularly in large force exercise planning, and excellent communication skills to liaise with industry, government, and military personnel. Flexibility to work non-standard hours is required.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience with US DoD or partner agencies.
• 5 years planning support for air or land forces in multi-domain events.
• 2 years of exercise support for maritime and air operations.
• Recent experience with exercise policies and large-scale planning.
• 5 years experience with sensitive compartmented information (SCI).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and deliverables of range complexes.
• Ensure safe planning and execution of operations.
• Attend major exercise planning conferences.
• Analyze issues in military command control and communications.
• Maintain a computer database of range utilization.
