Job summary

Reliance Test & Technology, LLC is seeking a Range Control Specialist V to oversee air-to-ground test ranges at Santa Rosa Island, FL. You will manage daily range operations, coordinate with Eglin entities, and ensure safety and compliance across missions.

The role requires a valid RCO certification, six years of related experience, and eligibility for a Secret clearance. Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required, with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus six years’ experience in Eglin range operations and maintenance.
• Minimum four years’ experience as an RCO with certification on at least two Open Air Ranges.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise day-to-day range activities for mission support.
• Interpret daily mission requirements using CSE and communicate range status.
• Provide training and direction to lower-level staff and coordinate with other Eglin entities.
• Prepare and maintain reports on range operations and mission schedules.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and de-confliction of range resources and activities.
