Job summary

Iperium is seeking a Lead Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to balance hands-on coding with ownership of architecture and engineering standards. You’ll drive technical direction within an agile pod, building scalable features for our SaaS platform and mentoring teammates.

You will lead design decisions, review code, and collaborate with Product and UX to translate requirements into robust software. Strong RoR and SQL experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails in production SaaS environments.
• 2+ years of SQL experience in a production setting.
• Experience building Single Page Applications (SPAs).
• Strong track record in hands-on technical leadership and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, production-ready Ruby on Rails code.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions for the SaaS platform.
• Build and scale core SaaS functionality across the stack.
