We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team on a roughly 9-10 month contract basis. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
