Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities for rail/train control projects, including requirements, design, verification and integration.
• Develop and manage system requirements with traceability, change control and stakeholder alignment.
• Define architecture and functional allocations to support train control solutions.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Coordinate interfaces and ensure an integrated solution across subsystems and stakeholders.
