SYSTRA USA is seeking a Project Director to lead major rail design contracts, including Track and OCS design for high-speed rail projects. This on-site, Sacramento-based role requires executive leadership and the ability to manage multiple teams through all project phases.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of rail delivery experience, senior-level engineering expertise, and relocation assistance is provided to facilitate a weekly on-site presence at the client's field office.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in rail delivery projects.
• Executive-level experience in rail system engineering overseeing Track and OCS design for high-speed rail.

• Lead the prime consultant (or JV prime) as an executive member with signing authority.
• Provide guidance and oversight to multiple teams across all project phases.
• Strategic thinking with long-term goals for project delivery.
