Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Department ensuring safety, compliance, and reliable infrastructure across track, structure, line, and signal assets.
• Direct inspection, maintenance, repair, and renewal of track and ROW with adherence to FRA and NICTD standards.
• Oversee bridges, structures, and capital projects coordination with senior leadership for risk mitigation and asset lifecycle.
• Develop preventive, predictive maintenance programs and emergency response capabilities for rail assets.
• Manage staffing, training, performance, and succession to maintain a strong field leadership culture.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize service impact while upholding safety as the priority.
