Job summary

Modern Railway Systems is seeking an experienced Overhead Cantenary Systems Engineer to lead design and engineering for AC/DC OCS, supporting construction, testing and commissioning for rail projects. The role includes estimating support, site investigations, and coordinating with track, signal, and power teams.

Ideal candidates hold a B.S. in electrical/c civil/ mechanical engineering, at least 5 years of OCS experience, and can travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in OCS and electrification.
• Ability to travel for project needs and corporate events.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead detailed engineering shop drawings for AC/DC OCS systems.
• Provide site engineering support, install issues troubleshooting and testing.
• Develop O&M manuals and training materials.
• Interface with track, signal and power engineers for system integration.
