• Must possess a valid driver's license and be proactive in task learning.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of contractors' day-to-day work.
• Enforce contractor responsibilities and contract compliance.
• Accurately measure and validate contractor quantities per contract terms.
• Generate daily construction reports to monitor progress and tasks.
• Review QA documentation for conformity with standards.
• Record Field Book entries with tasks, workforce, and equipment usage.
• Track construction progress and produce detailed field reports.
• Participate in progress meetings and provide updates as needed.
• Collaborate with Resident Project Managers to resolve technical challenges.
