Job summary

Providence Valdez Medical Center is seeking a Radiology/CT Technologist for full-time day shift. The role includes performing radiologic and CT procedures, maintaining quality control, and ensuring patient safety.

External hires may qualify for a $15,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance if eligible. Minimum qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiology Technologist program, ARRT Radiography certification, BLS within 30 days, and ARRT certification within one year.

• National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 1 year of hire.
• 2 years of Experience as a Radiology Technologist.

• Performs CT scanner procedures using a variety of radiologic equipment.

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Graduated from an accredited Radiology Technologist program.


• Upon hire: National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists


• Within 30 days of hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association


• Within 1 year of hire National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists


• 2 years of Experience as a Radiology Technologist.

The Radiology/CT technologist performs all clinical tests listed in the radiology methods manual with thorough understanding of Quality Control limits, reporting, etc., and takes an active role in the responsible operation of the radiology department. Pay Range: $43.39 - $67.37
