Job summary

Providence St. Peter Hospital in Washington State is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiologic exams, assist radiologists, and operate radiographic equipment with attention to quality control and patient care.

The role requires two years of vocational training in radiologic technology, WA licensure, ARRT certification, and BLS. You will contribute to department growth and ensure accurate imaging and reporting while maintaining safety and patient focus.

  • Upon hire: Washington Radiologic Technologist
  • Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 2 years Clinical experience in Radiologic Technology, or equivalent.

Description

Provides quality care to patients. Performs Radiology exams proficiently to provide Radiologists with accurate information to reach an interpretation. Brings areas of improvement to the attention of Management. The Registered Radiological Technologist is responsible for radiological procedures, assisting radiologist, and radiographic equipment operations as outlined in the job's position description. Typical responsibilities include: setting up and conducting radiological procedures and performing quality control and reporting tasks. Participates in the growth and development of the DI department and contributes ideas.

Required Qualifications:
  • Two years community college/vocational training in an accredited radiological technologist training program., Or equivalent education/experience

  • 6 months CT scanning experience (Toshiba equipment preferred for CT).

Pay Range: $41.63 - $64.63

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
