Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus five+ years of operational health physics experience as a qualified RCT.
• Experience with 10 CFR 835 and/or 10 CFR 20.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q-level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for recognition, measurement, evaluation, and control of radiation hazards.
• Conduct tests and field investigations to support radiological controls.
• Use radiation detection, monitoring, and measuring instrumentation.
• Perform radiological surveys of radiation-generating devices and materials.
