Job summary

BJC HealthCare in Florissant, MO is seeking a Full-Time Senior Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Department. The role involves treating patients, performing simulation, and operating the TrueBeam linac, with opportunities to teach students. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, with no call, weekends, or holidays.

Requirements include accreditation in Radiation Therapy, ARRT RT(T) certification, and 2+ years of experience. Bachelor's in Radiation Therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Certified Radiation Therapy program.
• Board Certified by the ARRT in RT(T).
• 2+ years of experience in radiation therapy.
• Licensed as RT(T) and certified radiation therapist.
• Bachelor's or higher in Radiation Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and chart prior to start of procedure.
• Delivers accurate and consistent treatments to patients.
• Completes treatment process and coordinates patient scheduling.
