Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Systems Engineering or a relevant role.
• Experience with test definition, planning, execution, and reporting; leading test teams and hardware/software integration.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities, scope, schedule, and cost to baselines by monitoring program performance.
• Independently derive system-level I&T requirements and define test plans and procedures.
• Help customers mitigate and resolve I&T risks and issues.
• Act as SME to develop and implement I&T approaches through a program lifecycle.
• Identify I&T risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop, document, and teach best practices to less experienced engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
