Qualifications

• Applicants selected for this position must be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. A Current In scope Secret Clearance is Required.
• Role requires at least 60% time on-site in Cambridge, MA or Clearfield, UT.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering decisions based on radiation effects on overall system performance.
• Design harden and verify the performance of systems across multiple radiation effects, including dose rate, TID, NDD, and SEE.
• Support interdisciplinary teams to ensure radiation hardening across the product lifecycle.
• Lead small teams (fewer than 5 people) and align team towards program goals.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and provide constructive feedback.
