The Surface Radars and Sensors (SR&S) Center within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) organization is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Engineer to join our Modeling and Simulation (M&S) team. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of the Open System Architecture Signal Injector (OSI) product, a cutting‑edge technology at the forefront of radar innovation. This position involves developing and analyzing system and software requirements, designing sophisticated mathematical algorithms, creating system architectures, and collaborating with software and integration/test engineers. This role is based onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
