LeoLabs is building a living map of activity in space with a radar network and AI analytics. We seek a Senior Radar Software Engineer to develop software for radar operations and space-domain awareness, collaborating with engineers and data scientists to meet mission needs.

The role supports radar, sensor, defense, aerospace, or real-time data processing systems in a fast-paced environment. Remote with occasional onsite travel, preferably near Denver, CO.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs and data-intensive apps.
• Linux-based development environments experience.
• Familiarity with testing, CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills in multidisciplinary teams.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software supporting radar data collection, processing, analysis, and deployment.
• Develop interfaces and services supporting sensor operations, telemetry, data management, and mission execution.
• Develop scalable software for radar control, monitoring, automation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to integrate capabilities into operational environments.
• Support architecture development and design reviews.
• Participate in system integration, verification, and field testing.
