Qualifications

• PhD with 5–7+ years or Master’s with 8–10+ years or Bachelor's with 10–12+ years of experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain polygraph.
• Experience with GEOINT radar imaging systems and sensor data.
• Understanding of image quality standards and sensor imaging lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Sensor modeling including development and analysis of payload performance tables.
• Algorithm assessment to quantify product performance for desired mission applications.
• Baseline assessment of system performance to support sensor initialization.
• Regression analysis and evaluations of delivered operational capabilities.
• Development, preparation, and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules which verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance, and operability.
• Readiness for system integration, test, evaluation, and transition activities.
• Analysis and performance requirement verification of new capabilities and emerging systems.
