Job summary

Bowhead is seeking a Program Manager for the upcoming Product Manager (PdM) Multi-Mission Surveillance Systems (M2S2) contract in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on providing programmatic, technical, engineering, testing, logistics, and training support to enable successful product development and fielding.

Responsibilities include managing the DoW program office lifecycle for radar systems, analyzing schedules and metrics, preparing briefings for government leaders, and coordinating contractor

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Minimum 10 years of Program Manager experience; 4 additional years may substitute for a degree.
Experience supporting radar programs preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment; able to work solo or in a team.

Responsibilities

Provide PM support to a DoW program office through the full lifecycle of a complex radar system.
Analyze schedules, track metrics, and identify interdependencies.
Prepare briefings, reports, and decision materials for government leadership.
Coordinate contractor personnel to meet objectives and contractual requirements.
