Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related STEM with 12+ years of experience
• Experience with radar/RF systems design, signal processing, and instrumentation
• Ability to travel and obtain/maintain Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead radar engineering SME for RTR radar operations, sustainment, modernization, and test.
• Analyze radar performance data to identify degradation, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of hardware, software, RF, and timing issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain radar baselines and manage disciplined configuration changes for upgrades.
• Support mission readiness with MTBF/MTTR analysis and performance trend reviews.
