Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product development, engineering, or scientific instrumentation.
• Experience designing and executing experimental studies and test plans.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, protocols, and evaluation plans for RheoSense products.
• Translate customer needs into measurable test criteria.
• Identify failure modes and technical risks through systematic analysis.
• Design and execute hands-on testing involving fluidics, sensors, optics, electronics, and hardware/software.
• Develop and maintain test fixtures, lab setups, and measurement techniques.
• Evaluate product performance and reliability under normal and stressed conditions.
• Collect, organize, and interpret experimental data for engineering decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues with structured root-cause analysis and investigations.
• Document methods, results, and conclusions clearly and reproducibly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Quality, Software, Firmware, and Product teams.
