Job summary

Evergen is seeking a Contractor - Senior R&D Project Manager in Eden Prairie, MN to lead CDMO projects from initiation through completion. This 6-month onsite role requires strong project leadership, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will prepare plans, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and communicate KPI results to stakeholders. A Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years PM experience are required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of project management/technical leadership experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive CDMO project management including milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, status reports, and communication.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Actively manage timelines and budgets from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensure key stakeholders are informed of project status and risks.
• Manage resource allocation for CDMO projects.
• Actively manage and mitigate project risks and issues; track KPIs.
• Collaborate on global cross-functional product development teams.
