Evergen in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Contractor – Senior Project Manager to lead CDMO project management initiatives onsite. The role focuses on milestones, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications in a fast-paced regenerative medicine environment.

The position is 6 months with a potential to convert to full-time later. Onsite work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. PMP preferred; bachelor's in a relevant field; 5+ years PM experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management/leadership experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• On-site contractor role in Eden Prairie.

Responsibilities

• Champion and drive CDMO project management: milestones, schedules, budgets, resources, and communications.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets; manage scope and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global product development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO) and design control.
• Maintain client proposals and quotations with commercial teams.
