Job summary

Element Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Project Manager in Wilmington, DE to oversee New Product Development for high performing electronic inks and pastes. You will coordinate with global R&D, Sales, and Manufacturing to drive projects from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• B.Sc degree in Material Sciences, Physics, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline; MS strongly preferred.
• Experience managing Technology-Oriented Projects and/or electronics-related work.
• PM training (PMP/CSM/CPMP or similar) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal and external projects for development of electronic inks and pastes for Micromax.
• Assemble project teams, define schedules, track activities, and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate with global R&D, Sales, and Manufacturing to ensure alignment and delivery within budget and plans.
