You will collaborate with global R&D scientists, applications engineers, and business leaders to deliver high-quality results on defined budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Masters/PhD in a technical field; MS preferred.
• Ability to manage complex projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Experience in technology-oriented projects or electronics.
• Strong communication and collaboration in cross-cultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage internal and external projects for electronic inks and pastes in Micromax.
• Assemble project teams, set schedules, track activities, and report progress.
• Coordinate with US R&D and business partners to align expertise.
