Job summary

Successful candidates will have deep experience in engineering leadership, data-driven decision making, and Lean Six Sigma principles, with a focus on safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in polyiso insulation, chemical processing, or similar manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in capital project execution, process optimization, and manufacturing improvement.
• Experience with foam lamination, chemical metering, and process engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities.
• Mentor engineering talent and develop enterprise engineering standards.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
