Qualifications

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in frozen food manufacturing, preferably seafood or protein.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct work on the plant floor efficiently.
• Strong understanding of food safety and regulatory requirements.

• Serve as the technical SME for frozen product manufacturing processes.
