Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a detail-oriented R&D operations professional to support cross-functional program management for late-stage clinical development, including Phase 3 trials. You will coordinate plans, oversee vendors/CROs, monitor KPIs, prepare leadership updates, and drive workflow improvements across Clinical Development, Regulatory, and CMC.

Bachelor's in Life Sciences and 3+ years in biotech operations are required, with strong organizational, analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in R&D operations, clinical operations or project management within biotech or pharma.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• coordinate integrated project plans, timelines and milestones;
• facilitate vendor and CRO oversight, contract negotiations and procurement;
• monitor program progress, risks and KPIs;
• prepare reports and updates for leadership;
• improve operational workflows and documentation;
• manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across Clinical Development, Regulatory, CMC, and other functions.
