Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Expert knowledge of GD&T and drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development from concept through commercialization.
• Own end-to-end project success (technical performance, schedule, cost, quality).
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Develop and execute test plans, DFMEA, and design-for-cost decisions.
• Create and manage CAD/ERP drawing packages and BOMs.
