Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Principal Engineer in Irvine, CA to advance catheter development from concept to commercial completion. You will lead hands-on engineering, mentor junior engineers, and drive rapid prototyping and validation while collaborating with internal and external partners.

This role emphasizes regulatory readiness, knowledge transfer, and alignment with our Credo to improve patient outcomes through innovative technologies.

• Minimum 8+ years in medical device R&D with leading projects.
