The role focuses on translating lab findings to manufacturing, evaluating materials, and conducting thorough testing to drive performance and cost improvements. The ideal candidate brings a strong coatings background, 15+ years in R&D formulation, and expertise with 1K/2K systems, FTIR, and DOE/ SPC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 15+ years of R&D formulation experience.
• Strong background in coatings formulation.
• Experience with 1K and 2K coating formulations.
• Experience with FTIR and laboratory testing.
• Knowledge of QMS, DOE, and SPC methodologies.
• Polymer chemistry experience.
• Experience scaling formulations from lab to production.

Responsibilities
