Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Experience pulling together full bid packages.
• Broad knowledge of product lines and pricing strategies.
• Experience negotiating with customers and supplier representatives.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals, bids, quotations, or other documents responding to client requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams for complete and accurate content.
• Lead complex or high-value inquiries and responses.
• Identify and qualify potential bid opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and discuss material specifications with suppliers.
• Coordinate information for final quotation submittals and follow up on quotes.
