Job summary

CDL in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Quotation & Estimating Lead to drive precise quotations for exclusive architectural lighting projects. You will track workload, review drawings, collaborate with design teams, and coordinate with manufacturers to deliver accurate, timely proposals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction estimating or project coordination, strong Excel/Bluebeam skills, and a professional approach suited to high-end environments.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years in construction estimating, quotations, or project coordination (lighting or electrical experience preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail.
• Professional communication with contractors, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Track and prioritize quotation workload to keep projects on schedule.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate lighting quotations.
• Collaborate with design team to ensure alignment with design intent and coordinate with manufacturers.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and reps to obtain precise product and pricing information.
• Maintain organized documentation and project tracking for all jobs.
