Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 10+ years of technical program management experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Validated understanding of the quantum computing ecosystem and technologies, including hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead multiple concurrent technical programs across our quantum computing portfolio.
• Define clear execution plans and measurable outcomes from R&D roadmaps.
• Identify and prioritize critical activities and ensure timely completion.
• Develop a strong technical understanding to enable collaborations and identify new opportunities.
• Move new technologies from incubation to scalable solutions while mitigating risks.
