Job summary

SAS is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Quantum, for a hybrid role in Cary, NC or remote in the US. You will define the product vision and roadmap for quantum software, working with engineering, data science, and domain experts to deliver quantum-enabled SAS solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure usability and practical workflows for customers, developers, and researchers. The role requires a strong background in product management, quantum computing concepts, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field.
8+ years in product management or related software development.
Familiarity with quantum software ecosystems and APIs.
Understanding of quantum hardware modalities and workflows.
Experience with cloud-based quantum services and developer tools.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and requirements for quantum portfolio.
Translate business needs into technical and non-functional requirements.
Define user personas and write use cases for quantum products.
Lead development with software teams across lifecycles and risk management.
Collaborate to define market potential and support product launches.
