Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years experience in electro-mechanical or telecom racks.
10+ years designing, integrating, and deploying high-density racks.
Experience with 3D CAD for rack layouts (EIA-310).
AC/DC power distribution, grounding, safety isolation, thermal/airflow in enclosed racks.
Experience leading a team of engineers.

Responsibilities

Deliver integrated, rack-mounted quantum systems to customer data centers and facilities.
Unify outputs into a manufacturable, serviceable rack architecture.
Bridge research and program management with precise assembly and testing.
Architect scalable rack solutions by integrating subsystems (electrical, RF, thermal, optical).
Lead design, integration, and deployment of rack-level quantum systems for customers.
Ensure compliance with UL, CE, IEC standards.
