I’m working with a well-capitalized financial technology business looking to hire a Senior/Principal Quantitative Developer into a team responsible for mission-critical, real-time financial infrastructure.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building highly reliable systems responsible for positions, balances and P&L across a sophisticated trading environment. The platform is consumed by trading, risk, clearing and reporting functions, meaning accuracy, availability and performance are critical.
Experience building position-keeping, ledger, books-and-records or P&L systems would be particularly valuable. Exposure to AWS, distributed databases and infrastructure-as-code is also advantageous.
This would suit a senior engineer who enjoys combining quantitative finance with high-performance backend and distributed-systems engineering, while taking genuine ownership of business-critical infrastructure.
Base: $225,000–$325,000 + performance bonus + benefits.
