Qualifications

• PhD or MS with minimum 2 years in a quantitative field.
• Experience with statistical modeling, ML, and data blending.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or MATLAB; Linux/cloud environment.
• Knowledge of data mapping for systems integration and data provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to analyze biomarker data types across Precision Medicine and biomarker studies.
• Provide computational and technical expertise on data cleaning and data visualization.
• Integrate complex datasets to perform statistical analysis on exploratory biomarker data and clinical endpoints.
• Follow data quality concepts and best practices; perform root cause analysis on data quality issues.
• Prepare scientific presentations, manuscripts, and quality-checked tables/graphs.
