Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services or fintech
• Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and portfolio optimization techniques
• Proficiency in R and Python, with demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools within technical workflows

Responsibilities

• Spearhead R&D of innovative ideas to enhance fixed income portfolio monitoring and management platforms
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify investment opportunities
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to enhance strategies, risk management, and performance attribution
• Lead the quantitative investment infrastructure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and robustness
• Coordinate with team to analyze trading strategies, market conditions, and system performance to refine quantitative techniques
