What You'll Bring:

• Outstanding academic background, including a technical degree from a top-tier university
• Proven success in developing quantitative models, particularly in transaction cost analysis and high-frequency trading
• Strong proficiency with numerical and statistical tools such as Python, R, MATLAB, or similar
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills paired with clear, effective communication
• Hands-on experience collaborating within fast-paced, intellectually rigorous environments

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with machine learning techniques and artificial intelligence applications in trading
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and trading infrastructure
• Familiarity with cloud-based data processing and storage solutions
• Programming expertise in C++, SQL, or other relevant languages

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative research, proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, or investment banks
