The ideal candidate holds a technical degree and has demonstrated discipline, deep finance knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced desk environment onsite in Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in a technical field with industry experience.
• Demonstrated passion for financial markets, finance, and trading.
• Deep understanding of finance, math, and statistics.
• Attention to detail with sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; profitable trading strategy across asset classes.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment.
• A strategy that is currently and consistently profitable; open to all markets and asset classes.
• Onsite presence at the Chicago, IL office.

Responsibilities

• Utilize expertise in relative value market fundamentals, quantitative modeling, and risk management.
• Build and maintain quantitative model tools and analytics.
• Manage real-time execution of trading system.
• Collaborate with Senior Traders and Junior Traders to contribute to learnings and strategies.
• Mentor Junior Traders and promote their learning on the desk.
