Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of professional trading or modeling experience in fast-moving environments such as market making, options/derivatives, prop trading, or sports betting trading
• Experience integrating data and models into production
• Strong grasp of trading concepts, with the ability to think critically about uncertainty and model assumptions
• Python proficiency, including data manipulation and automation
• Passion for and strong understanding of sports and event-driven markets
• Flexibility with working hours to align with global sporting schedules

Responsibilities

• Make markets and manage risk across sports and financial prediction contracts
• Design and develop pricing models to generate real-time fair values for event-driven outcomes
• Partner with product and engineering to productionize models for live trading
• Monitor, validate, and iterate on production models, improving predictive accuracy and trading outcomes while ensuring robustness and operational stability
• Identify and execute market-take opportunities arising from model insights and prediction-market dynamics
• Design & implement trading strategies to maximise volume and revenue while scaling automated decision-making
• Partner with product, quant, engineering, and compliance teams to launch new markets and contract types
