Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quantitative investment position with leadership experience.
• 2+ years of management experience with PMs/teams.
• Ability to evaluate investment processes at the PM level.
• Proven track record in driving performance discussions and addressing underperformance.
• Strong data collection, structuring, and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quant PMs on a day-to-day basis and understand their investment processes.
• Drive performance reviews across PMs and teams.
• Coordinate with the COO to deliver services to PMs.
• Recruit, develop, and retain quant PMs, and shape recruitment strategies.
